A confidential financial technology transformation programme is seeking an accomplished Director – Digital Banking Transformation & Intelligent Financial Platforms to lead the strategic modernization of enterprise banking capabilities across digital channels, intelligent payment ecosystems, AI-powered customer engagement, cloud-native banking infrastructure, and next-generation financial services.
This executive leadership role is designed for a visionary banking professional capable of aligning business strategy, technology innovation, operational excellence, regulatory governance, and customer-centric design into a unified digital banking ecosystem.
The successful Director will oversee large-scale transformation initiatives spanning digital banking platforms, enterprise payments, Open Banking, embedded finance, API ecosystems, artificial intelligence, data intelligence, financial automation, and enterprise resilience while guiding multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering innovative banking solutions.

Executive Qualifications
