About the Role
An innovative fintech banking institution is looking for a highly accomplished Digital Banking Client Relations Manager to oversee customer engagement strategies while delivering premium support across a sophisticated digital financial ecosystem.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, improve service quality, and ensure seamless interaction across digital banking platforms, payment solutions, investment services, lending products, and wealth management technologies.
You will work in a collaborative environment alongside executive leadership, compliance specialists, operations managers, cybersecurity professionals, software engineers, product teams, and customer experience experts to create industry-leading banking experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer relationship management across retail, corporate, and SME banking portfolios.
- Deliver exceptional service through digital channels while maintaining operational excellence.
- Manage escalated customer enquiries, complaints, and complex financial service requests.
- Coordinate customer communication strategies across multiple engagement platforms.
- Support onboarding, verification, account servicing, and digital product adoption.
- Collaborate with fraud prevention, compliance, and operations teams to resolve sensitive customer issues.
- Analyze customer behavior, satisfaction trends, and operational metrics.
- Develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy.
- Participate in digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing financial service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service standards.
- Coach customer service teams on best practices and service excellence.
- Prepare executive reports highlighting customer performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Customer Experience Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within fintech, banking, customer relationship management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking operations and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing teams in regulated financial environments.
