Engineer the Infrastructure Behind Millions of Secure Financial Transactions
An internationally recognized fintech banking institution is accelerating its digital transformation journey by expanding its Cloud Platform Engineering Division. We are seeking a highly accomplished DevOps Engineer to build and optimize the cloud-native infrastructure that powers mission-critical banking services across multiple international markets.
This is not a conventional DevOps position. It is an opportunity to engineer highly available, enterprise-grade platforms capable of processing millions of real-time financial transactions while maintaining exceptional levels of security, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
As a strategic member of the Technology Engineering organization, you will collaborate with Cloud Architects, Software Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Site Reliability Engineers, Platform Engineers, Enterprise Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Executive Technology Leadership to deliver next-generation financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure supporting digital banking platforms.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks for automated environment provisioning.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise software delivery.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, scaling, and operational workflows.
- Enhance platform resilience through self-healing infrastructure and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement DevSecOps best practices.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization, availability, and performance.
- Implement observability solutions covering logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
- Support container orchestration across enterprise Kubernetes environments.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity automation strategies.
- Maintain platform documentation and engineering standards.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and automation principles.
