We are seeking an exceptional Designer to redefine how customers interact with modern financial products.
This is not a conventional visual-design position. The successful professional will shape complete digital financial journeys, combining user research, interaction design, information architecture and behavioural insight to make sophisticated financial services easier to understand and use.
The role requires someone capable of translating complex banking and fintech functionality into clear, intuitive and commercially effective customer experiences.
Design Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences for digital banking and fintech applications.

Develop user journeys covering onboarding, payments, transfers, account management and financial services.

Conduct user research and convert findings into actionable design improvements.

Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.

Develop and maintain scalable fintech design systems.
-
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and business teams.

Identify friction points within financial customer journeys.

Design experiences that communicate financial information clearly.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate customer feedback.

Establish interaction patterns for complex financial workflows.
-
Support accessibility and responsive-design standards.

Analyse product behaviour and use insights to improve customer experiences.

Participate in design reviews and product discovery sessions.
Required Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of UX/UI or product-design experience, preferably within fintech, banking or technology.

Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital-product work.

Advanced knowledge of Figma or comparable design platforms.

Strong understanding of user research, prototyping and usability testing.

Experience working within agile product teams.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
