Position Overview

A forward-looking organization in Qatar is seeking a talented Data Analyst – Digital Insights & Customer Intelligence to transform customer and digital interaction data into actionable business intelligence that enhances customer experience and supports strategic growth.

The successful candidate will analyze customer behavior, develop interactive dashboards, monitor digital performance, and provide recommendations that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and digital interaction data.

• Develop customer segmentation models.

• Build executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

• Monitor digital marketing and platform performance.

• Produce regular analytical reports for management.

• Support customer experience improvement initiatives.

• Perform statistical analysis and trend identification.

• Develop SQL queries for data extraction.

• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams.

• Identify business opportunities through predictive insights.

• Automate recurring reports.

• Present analytical findings to stakeholders.

• Document reporting methodologies.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.

• Strong SQL and Excel skills.

• Experience using Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of Python or R is desirable.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
