Executive Position Overview
A confidential next-generation fintech transformation programme is seeking an internationally experienced Chief Officer – Customer Intelligence, Digital Banking Growth & Enterprise Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that combine customer-centric innovation, AI-powered financial services, digital banking expansion, commercial strategy, enterprise analytics, and organizational transformation.
This highly influential executive role is responsible for shaping the future direction of digital banking by integrating advanced technologies, predictive customer intelligence, embedded finance, payment innovation, cloud-native platforms, and executive governance into a scalable business model capable of delivering exceptional customer value and sustainable financial growth.
The successful executive will work directly with the Board of Directors and executive leadership to define organizational priorities, accelerate innovation, build strategic partnerships, and create a culture where technology, operational excellence, and customer success drive long-term competitive advantage.

Executive Qualifications

Master’s degree or Doctorate in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.

Minimum 20 years of executive leadership experience within banking, fintech, or financial services.

Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation.
