Executive Position Overview

A pioneering fintech transformation programme is seeking an internationally experienced Chief of Staff – Corporate Strategy, Product Innovation & Executive Transformation to serve as the executive catalyst responsible for synchronizing enterprise strategy, product innovation, executive governance, organizational transformation, and business execution across a rapidly evolving digital financial ecosystem.

As a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief of Staff will coordinate high-priority initiatives involving intelligent financial products, AI-powered customer experiences, digital banking platforms, enterprise analytics, cloud-native technologies, ecosystem partnerships, and strategic investment programmes while ensuring organizational alignment from Board-level planning through enterprise execution.

This role requires exceptional commercial judgment, executive diplomacy, organizational leadership, analytical excellence, and the ability to manage confidential strategic initiatives that directly influence long-term enterprise success.

Executive Leadership Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy

• Develop enterprise strategic planning frameworks.

• Coordinate annual and multi-year business plans.

• Evaluate emerging fintech opportunities.

• Lead executive strategic planning workshops.

• Support mergers, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives.

• Drive enterprise growth programmes.

Executive Transformation

• Coordinate organization-wide transformation initiatives.

• Monitor executive project portfolios.

• Remove barriers affecting strategic execution.

• Lead enterprise change management programmes.

• Build executive decision-support frameworks.

• Strengthen organizational agility.

Innovation & Product Leadership

• Coordinate enterprise product innovation governance.

• Align product strategy with corporate objectives.

• Support AI-driven product development initiatives.

• Enhance customer-centric innovation programmes.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Executive Governance

• Prepare Board-level strategic reports.

• Coordinate executive committee activities.

• Manage confidential executive initiatives.

• Strengthen enterprise governance standards.

• Develop organizational performance scorecards.

• Foster a high-performance executive culture.

Executive Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Minimum 20 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation.

• Demonstrated success supporting executive leadership and Board governance.

• Deep expertise in strategic execution, digital banking, product innovation, AI, and organizational transformation.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical capabilities.
