A prestigious fintech banking organization is seeking an accomplished Corporate Banking Advisor to partner with corporate clients, high-growth enterprises, and institutional organizations by delivering sophisticated digital banking solutions tailored to modern business needs.
This role combines relationship management, financial advisory, and strategic business development within a dynamic fintech environment. You will become a trusted advisor to commercial clients by helping them optimize treasury operations, payment solutions, cash management, working capital strategies, and digital financial services.
Working alongside Commercial Banking Teams, Treasury Specialists, Product Managers, Risk Professionals, Compliance Officers, Digital Banking Experts, Payment Consultants, and Executive Leadership, you will contribute to sustainable client growth while expanding the organization’s commercial banking portfolio.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand commercial banking portfolios.
- Advise clients on digital banking solutions, treasury products, and payment services.
- Prepare customized financial proposals and relationship strategies.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated banking solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify service enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and portfolio reviews.
- Support client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in business networking events and corporate engagements.
- Contribute to commercial growth and customer retention strategies.
- Mentor junior relationship professionals.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, relationship management, or fintech financial services.
- Strong commercial awareness, advisory skills, and relationship management expertise.
