An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking an organized and proactive Financial Technology Production Coordinator to support the successful execution of production activities across digital banking, payment processing, merchant services, financial analytics, and customer-facing technology platforms.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with software engineers, infrastructure specialists, cybersecurity professionals, quality assurance analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that every production release is delivered with precision, efficiency, and reliability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate production release schedules and implementation activities.
• Track project milestones and production deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Maintain production documentation and release records.
• Monitor production environments and escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Support change management and deployment planning.
• Assist with production testing and release verification activities.
• Prepare operational dashboards and executive production reports.
• Coordinate incident management and post-release reviews.
• Promote continuous improvement across production operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in production coordination, project support, fintech operations, or banking technology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
