Advisory Brief
The Consultant will advise financial organisations on how to transition from traditional operating structures toward technology-led digital banking models.
This role requires a combination of financial-services knowledge, transformation methodology and practical technology understanding. The successful professional will diagnose operational challenges, design target-state models and help leadership convert transformation plans into measurable outcomes.
What You Will Deliver

Conduct assessments of digital-banking operating models and capabilities.

Identify inefficiencies across customer, product, technology and operational processes.

Develop target operating models for technology-enabled financial services.

Create transformation roadmaps with defined milestones and measurable outcomes.

Analyse technology investments and develop business cases.

Facilitate workshops with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Benchmark digital banking capabilities against international fintech standards.

Develop transformation KPIs and benefits-realisation frameworks.

Support implementation teams throughout major transformation programmes.

Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports and decision papers.

Identify opportunities for automation, process redesign and platform modernisation.
Candidate Profile

7+ years in management consulting, fintech, banking transformation, digital banking or financial technology.

Strong understanding of financial-service operating models.

Demonstrated experience delivering transformation programmes.

Excellent analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong business-case and financial-modelling capabilities.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or a related discipline.
