A globally respected fintech banking institution is searching for an ambitious Commercial Growth Manager to drive regional business expansion by building strategic alliances, developing innovative payment solutions, and delivering sustainable commercial growth.

This position combines executive-level business development, market strategy, and partnership management within a rapidly evolving financial technology environment. You will identify high-value opportunities, negotiate strategic collaborations, and lead commercial initiatives that strengthen the institution’s presence across the Gulf region.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Relationship Managers, Product Teams, Payments Specialists, Technology Leaders, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Data Analytics teams, you will influence the organization’s long-term growth strategy.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional commercial growth strategies.
  • Identify and secure high-value banking and fintech partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with corporate clients and institutional stakeholders.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to commercialize innovative financial solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments.
  • Develop executive reports, forecasts, and strategic business cases.
  • Support regional expansion projects and market entry strategies.
  • Build and mentor high-performing commercial teams.
  • Represent the organization at regional and international industry events.
  • Promote customer-centric innovation across commercial initiatives.
  • Deliver measurable business growth aligned with corporate objectives.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fintech, banking, commercial strategy, enterprise sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success leading revenue growth and strategic partnership initiatives.
