Position Overview

A forward-thinking organization in Qatar is seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to support the development of modern cloud platforms that enable secure, scalable, and resilient digital services.

The successful candidate will contribute to cloud migration projects, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, and continuous service improvement while working within a collaborative technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

• Manage cloud networking and virtual infrastructure.

• Configure cloud security policies and identity management.

• Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.

• Build automation scripts to simplify operational processes.

• Monitor infrastructure health and system performance.

• Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams.

• Optimize cloud resource utilization.

• Support cloud migration initiatives.

• Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems.

• Ensure infrastructure complies with security and governance standards.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

• Document cloud architecture and operational procedures.

• Research emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of Cloud Engineering experience.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong Linux administration skills.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, and automation tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
