A globally respected fintech banking organization is investing in a next-generation cloud ecosystem to support AI-powered banking, advanced analytics, intelligent fraud prevention, digital lending, real-time payments, and enterprise-scale financial applications.
To accelerate this transformation, the organization is seeking an accomplished Cloud Architect to design resilient cloud infrastructure that enables secure, highly available, and scalable banking services for customers across regional and international markets.
You will work alongside Platform Engineers, DevOps Specialists, Cybersecurity Teams, Software Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure Engineers, Risk Professionals, and Executive Technology Leadership to create cloud environments capable of supporting mission-critical financial operations with exceptional reliability and security.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Design enterprise cloud architecture for digital banking platforms.
- Define cloud governance frameworks and architectural standards.
- Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration programmes.
- Optimize cloud performance, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Strengthen cloud security through architecture-by-design principles.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity architectures.
- Support AI, analytics, and data platform infrastructure.
- Automate cloud provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Monitor cloud utilization and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout solution delivery.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and financial infrastructure trends.
- Mentor infrastructure architects and cloud engineering teams.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 9–12 years of experience in cloud engineering, enterprise infrastructure, or architecture within fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Extensive experience designing secure, high-availability cloud environments.
