Primary Responsibilities

- Build architecture strategies for predictive banking and data-driven financial operations.
- Drive innovation across financial risk infrastructure and operational automation.
2. Engineering & Data Platform Leadership
- Oversee engineering, data infrastructure, machine learning operations, and platform security teams.
- Ensure stability, scalability, and accuracy across high-volume financial decision systems.
- Improve system resilience for credit scoring, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring platforms.
3. Governance, Security & Compliance Integration
- Embed compliance-by-design into technology architecture and product development.
- Strengthen data governance, financial security, and audit readiness across enterprise systems.
- Ensure fintech growth aligns with regulatory expectations and operational trust.
4. Executive Strategic Influence
- Collaborate with compliance executives, product leaders, and board stakeholders.
- Translate financial growth strategy into technology investment priorities.
- Support enterprise decisions around expansion, infrastructure modernization, and market competitiveness.
