A highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is required to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation across core banking systems, API ecosystems, and digital financial infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Core Banking Technology Leadership
- Lead modernization of legacy banking systems into scalable digital financial platforms.
- Define enterprise architecture strategies for API banking, payments infrastructure, and financial platform interoperability.
- Improve institutional readiness for long-term banking transformation.
2. Platform Delivery & Systems Governance
- Oversee engineering execution across payment platforms, API integrations, middleware systems, and enterprise delivery teams.
- Ensure high availability and operational resilience across mission-critical financial systems.
- Strengthen governance across implementation, security, and platform performance.
3. Executive Transformation Management
- Act as the senior technology leader across product, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate platform modernization into measurable commercial and operational value.
- Drive enterprise decision-making around infrastructure investment and strategic technology priorities.
4. Innovation & Future Capability Expansion
- Identify new technology opportunities across digital banking, automation, and financial service delivery.
- Improve platform scalability to support future market growth and regional expansion.
- Build long-term engineering excellence across the organization.
