Strategic Mandate

This role is positioned at the forefront of AI-native fintech architecture, responsible for designing platforms where financial operations, risk evaluation, and decision-making are driven by predictive and adaptive algorithms.

The Chief Strategist governs how AI orchestrates capital flows, credit decisions, liquidity optimization, and real-time settlement across globally distributed digital financial ecosystems. The role ensures autonomous decision integrity, regulatory alignment, and operational transparency, with Dubai as a strategic coordination hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-native financial infrastructure where intelligence is embedded in core system layers.

• Define algorithmic orchestration frameworks connecting credit, lending, payments, and liquidity operations.

• Establish governance for predictive decision engines, model transparency, and automated compliance observability.

• Lead globally distributed teams integrating data science, platform engineering, and risk management.

• Design fail-safe architectures ensuring predictive autonomy remains within institutional risk boundaries.

• Produce executive-level strategy and architecture documentation suitable for board and regulatory review.

• Shape long-term AI infrastructure evolution roadmaps supporting scalability and resilience.

Professional Profile

• 18–25 years of experience in fintech AI platforms, algorithmic financial infrastructure, or predictive system engineering.

• Deep expertise in machine learning applications to credit, liquidity, and payments systems.

• Proven strategic leadership in fully remote, globally distributed environments.

• Exceptional capacity to translate complex algorithmic behavior into executive insights.

• Strong documentation and cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 1,200,000 – 1,800,000 (tax-free)

• Performance incentives linked to predictive system performance, platform adoption, and governance maturity

• Fully remote engagement with optional strategic summits in Dubai
