Strategic Role Mandate
This role is designed for a senior fintech strategist responsible for architecting the economic foundations of scalable fintech platforms. The mandate is to define how cost structures, unit economics, and scalability dynamics are engineered directly into platform design rather than addressed post-deployment.
The position is neither finance operations nor commercial execution. It is a platform-economics architecture mandate, operating at the intersection of financial logic, system design, and long-term sustainability.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design economic architectures underpinning scalable fintech platforms and services.

Define cost allocation models, marginal economics, and scalability thresholds.

Translate abstract economic theory into system-embedded financial logic.

Establish governance frameworks for long-term platform sustainability and transparency.

Advise on alignment between technology architecture and economic viability.

Produce executive-grade documentation covering economic models, assumptions, and strategic trade-offs.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience in fintech strategy, platform economics, or financial system design.

Strong understanding of how cost and scale dynamics are operationalised through technology.

Ability to operate independently at senior strategic level in remote environments.

Compensation Structure (Remote – Kuwait Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: KWD 11,000 – KWD 15,500

Annualised Range: KWD 132,000 – KWD 186,000

Strategic Value Incentive: Up to 35% annually

Additional Provisions: Strategy research budget, executive advisory allowance, extended contract continuity incentives
