Strategic Mandate
This role leads the design and governance of autonomous risk orchestration frameworks capable of continuously monitoring, predicting, and mitigating systemic financial risks across global fintech ecosystems. The Chief Strategist ensures that risk management is embedded, adaptive, and predictive, rather than reactive.
Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic hub, the role focuses on algorithmic risk coordination, cross-platform intelligence, and real-time systemic insight, ensuring institutional-grade stability and global interoperability.
Key Responsibilities

Architect autonomous risk orchestration systems capable of cross-platform, multi-asset, and multi-jurisdictional monitoring.

Design predictive financial control frameworks integrating AI, analytics, and behavioral intelligence.

Establish real-time systemic risk dashboards with executive-level insight and decision escalation.

Define governance protocols for automated risk interventions without compromising operational autonomy.

Lead globally distributed teams across risk modeling, analytics engineering, and platform operations.

Professional Profile

18–26 years of experience in fintech risk management, systemic intelligence, or autonomous financial systems.

Deep expertise in algorithmic risk orchestration, predictive financial analytics, and multi-market coordination.

Proven leadership in designing globally distributed, fully remote fintech intelligence systems.

Exceptional executive communication and documentation skills.

Compensation & Engagement

Annual Compensation: AED 1,300,000 – 2,000,000 (tax-free)
