Job Overview

Chief Sovereign Strategist – Fintech Capital Routing & Allocation Intelligence

Jurisdiction: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Engagement Model: Full-Time | Apex Fintech Capital Mandate

Functional Domain: Pure Fintech | Capital Flow Intelligence | Allocation Systems

Institutional Mandate

This executive mandate exists to engineer and govern how capital is routed, prioritized, constrained, and reallocated across fintech ecosystems.

The Chief Sovereign Strategist exercises executive authority over capital routing logic, allocation intelligence, prioritization doctrine, and dynamic rebalancing frameworks, ensuring that capital flows align with systemic stability and long-term financial efficiency.

This role is not investment strategy, treasury leadership, or portfolio management.

It operates at the capital-movement intelligence layer of fintech, where capital behaves as a programmable system.

Strategic Authority & Responsibilities

  • Architect and govern capital routing and allocation engines across fintech platforms.

  • Define executive doctrines for capital prioritization, constraint enforcement, and flow rebalancing.

  • Establish authoritative standards for allocation transparency, efficiency metrics, and systemic fairness.

  • Oversee integration between capital engines, liquidity systems, risk intelligence, and settlement layers.

  • Lead long-term evolution of allocation systems under macroeconomic volatility.

  • Serve as final authority on capital misallocation, routing conflicts, and systemic imbalance events.

Executive Profile

  • 18–30+ years in fintech systems, financial infrastructure, or capital-allocation architecture.

  • Deep mastery of capital flow dynamics and allocation intelligence.

  • Proven leadership where capital misdirection threatens systemic stability.

  • Ability to encode economic principles into durable system logic.

  • Executive presence suitable for national-scale capital stewardship.

Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

  • Base Salary: SAR 120,000 – 175,000 per month

  • Annual Executive Incentive: 45% – 70% of base salary

  • Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year capital-efficiency and routing-performance awards

  • Executive Benefits: Executive housing allowance, premium healthcare, education support, international mobility allowance
