Core Responsibilities
Product Ecosystem Strategy
- Define long-term product vision for digital banking platforms.
- Design modular financial products that can be dynamically configured.
- Align product innovation with user needs and market trends.
- Drive ecosystem-wide product adoption and growth.
Platform Architecture & Integration
- Oversee development of scalable fintech platforms.
- Enable seamless integration across financial services.
- Support rapid deployment of new products and features.
- Ensure interoperability between internal and external systems.
Experience-Led Innovation
- Embed user-centric design into product development.
- Optimize customer journeys across all financial touchpoints.
- Leverage data to personalize financial experiences.

Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all products comply with financial regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of product operations.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech product leadership.
- Strong expertise in digital banking platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
