This executive role offers responsibility for a diverse portfolio including digital payments, personal finance management, wealth technology, investment solutions, financial wellness tools, customer engagement platforms, and future-focused digital financial products.
The institution seeks a leader who can combine innovation, commercial thinking, customer-centric design, regulatory awareness, and technology expertise to deliver products that redefine customer expectations throughout the GCC region.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise product strategy.
- Lead product innovation initiatives.
- Oversee development of payment and wealth technology solutions.
- Build customer-centric digital experiences.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of fintech, banking, product management, or financial services experience.
- Proven record of launching successful digital products.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
