Executive Overview

A globally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an accomplished Chief Platform Resilience Officer (CPRO) to establish the long-term resilience strategy for mission-critical financial platforms supporting enterprise banking, digital payments, financial APIs, and cloud-native financial applications.
You will oversee enterprise engineering resilience, operational continuity, platform modernization, and technology governance while ensuring every financial service remains secure, scalable, and continuously available.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise resilience and reliability strategy.
- Lead modernization of cloud-native financial infrastructure.
- Develop disaster recovery and operational continuity frameworks.
- Establish enterprise observability and monitoring standards.
- Direct platform engineering, infrastructure, and site reliability teams.
- Optimize service availability for customer-facing financial platforms.
- Drive enterprise automation initiatives.
- Strengthen operational governance and engineering excellence.
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment priorities.
- Build high-performing global engineering organizations.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience within cloud engineering, fintech infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
- Proven record leading enterprise-scale modernization programmes.
- Strong strategic planning and executive leadership skills.
