Executive Mandate
Provide enterprise-wide leadership for the evolution of payment capabilities across digital financial ecosystems. The Chief will define strategic priorities spanning payment products, transaction infrastructure, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets and emerging payment technologies.
Core Responsibilities

Establish the long-term payments strategy and transformation agenda.

Direct modernization of payment-processing infrastructure.

Develop strategies for merchant acquiring, digital wallets and payment orchestration.

Lead strategic relationships with banks, processors, technology providers and fintech partners.

Evaluate emerging payment technologies and determine commercial applicability.

Establish financial and operational KPIs across the payment portfolio.

Sponsor initiatives improving authorization rates, transaction reliability and settlement efficiency.

Oversee product, engineering, operations and commercial leadership across payment programs.

Present investment priorities and transformation plans to executive stakeholders.

Build an innovation pipeline for next-generation payment capabilities.
Executive Requirements

15+ years of experience across payments, fintech, banking or financial technology.

Extensive leadership experience managing complex financial infrastructure.

Strong understanding of payment networks, transaction processing and digital commerce.

Proven experience with strategic partnerships and enterprise transformation.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics or a related field.
