This executive leadership position is designed for a visionary capable of redefining how modern financial services are designed, delivered, secured, and continuously optimized across enterprise payment infrastructures, intelligent banking platforms, embedded finance ecosystems, AI-driven customer engagement, cloud-native financial architecture, and next-generation digital experiences.

Reporting directly to executive governance leadership, the Chief Payments & Digital Banking Officer will formulate the long-term enterprise strategy for digital banking innovation while overseeing payment modernization, financial technology architecture, customer digital transformation, operational excellence, enterprise resilience, regulatory alignment, and emerging technology adoption.

The successful executive will influence every stage of the organization’s digital financial journey—from strategic planning and technology investment through implementation, optimization, governance, innovation, and future-ready transformation.
