Role Overview
The Remote Chief of Multi-Chain Crypto Risk & Liquidity is tasked with leading the design and implementation of comprehensive frameworks for liquidity management and risk mitigation across decentralized networks in the UAE. You will integrate advanced quantitative principles with operational execution, ensuring efficient allocation of tokenized assets, robust risk monitoring, and stability across multi-chain ecosystems.
Your work will involve modeling complex interactions between assets, pools, and networks, anticipating market stress scenarios, and designing resilient systems capable of absorbing shocks while maintaining operational continuity. You will also lead cross-functional teams in operationalizing advanced liquidity strategies, bridging mathematical theory with real-world execution.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

PhD or equivalent in Mathematical Finance, Computational Economics, or Quantitative Systems Engineering.

Minimum 10 years in crypto finance, liquidity risk modeling, or multi-chain asset management.

Strong expertise in liquidity systems design, risk propagation analysis, and operational deployment.

Proven leadership experience in managing complex technical teams.
