An internationally recognized financial technology organization is seeking an exceptional Chief Innovation Officer – Financial Technology Ecosystems to champion enterprise-wide innovation, spearhead strategic technology initiatives, and redefine how financial services are delivered across rapidly evolving digital economies.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will establish long-term innovation strategies, cultivate strategic alliances, oversee emerging technology portfolios, and lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for designing future-ready financial ecosystems.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise innovation vision and execution roadmap.
- Lead digital transformation across financial platforms.
- Identify emerging technologies with commercial potential.
- Develop innovation governance and investment frameworks.
- Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and commercial divisions.
- Drive AI-enabled financial product development.
- Build strategic partnerships with regional and international stakeholders.
- Oversee innovation laboratories and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees.

Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- MBA or Master’s qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership within fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with executive decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
