Executive Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the commercial and operational development of a digital payments and merchant-finance business.
The mandate combines P&L ownership, payment-platform strategy, merchant acquisition, product expansion and operational excellence. The successful executive will be responsible for converting payment infrastructure into a scalable commercial business.
Principal Accountabilities

Own commercial performance, operating strategy and growth objectives.

Develop the market strategy for merchant payments and digital financial services.

Lead merchant acquisition, retention and transaction-growth initiatives.

Oversee payment acceptance, acquiring and merchant-service capabilities.

Identify opportunities for new merchant-focused financial products.

Establish pricing, revenue and profitability strategies.
-
Develop strategic relationships with banks, payment providers and enterprise merchants.

Monitor transaction volumes, margins, operating costs and customer economics.

Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, sales, finance and operations.

Establish annual budgets, business targets and performance frameworks.

Present P&L performance and strategic priorities to senior stakeholders.
Executive Profile
-
12+ years in fintech, payments, banking, merchant acquiring or digital commerce.

Proven experience with P&L or substantial business-unit responsibility.

Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems and merchant economics.

Demonstrated record of building or scaling financial products.
-
Excellent commercial, operational and leadership capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or a related discipline.

Indicative Compensation: AED 55,000–80,000 per month + executive benefits.
