A highly accomplished Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) is required to lead enterprise-wide innovation strategy across digital banking transformation, customer financial ecosystems, payment modernization, and long-term strategic fintech growth.

This fully remote executive leadership position provides ownership across future banking strategy, product innovation, ecosystem partnerships, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Innovation Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the long-term innovation roadmap across banking products, digital payments, embedded finance, and customer financial ecosystems.
• Build innovation frameworks that connect experimentation with measurable business performance.
• Identify strategic opportunities for market expansion across regional and international fintech landscapes.

2. Emerging Technology & Financial Product Innovation

• Lead enterprise adoption of AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, API ecosystems, and advanced digital finance infrastructure.
• Oversee innovation across customer onboarding, digital wallets, merchant ecosystems, and lending products.
• Ensure innovation strategy supports long-term commercial value creation.

3. Executive Cross-Functional Transformation

• Partner with CTOs, CFOs, product leaders, operations executives, and board stakeholders to align innovation with business priorities.
• Remove operational barriers to enterprise agility and transformation delivery.
• Create governance structures for sustainable innovation execution.

4. Commercialization & Strategic Growth

• Build monetization strategies for new fintech products and digital financial services.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and financial product adoption through innovation-led strategies.
• Deliver executive and board-level reporting on innovation performance and strategic outcomes.
