Position Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Fintech Strategy Officer to spearhead Saudi Arabia’s digital finance evolution. This executive role requires mastery in blockchain ecosystems, AI-driven financial analytics, digital banking, and cross-border payments. The role entails strategic leadership, regulatory alignment, and operational oversight of high-performing remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Saudi Arabia-focused fintech strategies covering payments, lending, digital wealth management, and tokenized assets.

• Lead remote, multi-disciplinary teams in the design and deployment of AI-powered financial intelligence platforms.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including DeFi, blockchain, and AI-enabled risk management solutions.

• Provide executive guidance on financial innovation, operational risk, and cybersecurity.

• Represent Saudi fintech initiatives in international advisory panels, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.

• 12+ years of experience in fintech leadership, digital banking, or blockchain architecture.

• Proven expertise in AI-driven analytics, blockchain solutions, and digital payment systems.

• Deep knowledge of Saudi and GCC fintech regulations.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and executive communication skills.
