Position Summary

A senior oversight and intelligence role responsible for designing Bahrain-oriented fintech risk-analytics frameworks, supervisory intelligence systems, and automated compliance engines. This position ensures that digital-finance environments maintain high structural integrity while aligning with global prudential standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-level supervisory-intelligence engines synthesising regulatory signals, fintech risk models, and multi-layer compliance parameters.

• Engineer automated risk-detection systems integrating behavioural modelling, machine-readable regulations, and predictive supervisory forecasting.

• Create high-fidelity reporting mechanisms delivering near-real-time analysis of fintech ecosystem health, operational resilience, and regulatory impact.

• Establish governance matrices for fintech-risk convergence across payment systems, digital-lending architectures, wealth technology, and emerging embedded-finance channels.

• Align Bahrain’s digital-finance supervisory intelligence with international frameworks, enabling seamless cross-border regulatory coherence.

Required Background

• 10+ years in fintech risk modelling, regtech development, supervisory analytics, or high-end financial governance.

• Deep understanding of Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem, regional regulation, and international risk-analytics practices.

• Strong expertise in predictive modelling, data governance, ML-driven compliance tools, and enterprise fintech-risk systems.
