Strategic Mandate
This executive role is responsible for owning the economic, structural, and strategic coherence of fintech product ecosystems. The Chief Fintech Product Ecosystem & Platform Economics Officer ensures that digital financial platforms are not only technologically sound, but economically sustainable, scalable, and globally competitive.
The role blends product architecture, platform monetization strategy, and executive governance, ensuring fintech innovation translates into durable, high-impact financial platforms.
Core Responsibilities

Define long-term fintech product ecosystem strategy, spanning digital payments, platform-based financial services, and embedded finance models.

Govern product lifecycle frameworks from ideation through scaled deployment and optimization.

Establish standards for platform economics, pricing logic, and value creation mechanisms.

Oversee alignment between product strategy, infrastructure capabilities, and market dynamics.

Define executive KPIs across adoption, performance, scalability, and economic sustainability.

Act as the senior authority on product coherence and platform differentiation.
Executive Profile

15–20+ years in fintech product leadership, digital platform strategy, or financial services innovation.

Proven experience scaling complex fintech products across multiple market segments.

Strong understanding of platform economics, digital financial service models, and product governance.

Ability to balance visionary strategy with disciplined execution.

Global perspective on fintech competition and platform evolution.
Compensation Structure (Oman)

Base Salary: OMR 11,000 – 15,000 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 30% – 45% of base salary

Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year product and platform performance awards
