Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Fintech Innovation Officer to spearhead Saudi Arabia’s digital finance transformation. This executive role demands expertise in AI-driven analytics, blockchain, digital payments, and wealth management platforms. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, and operational management of high-performing remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national-level fintech strategies, including payments, lending, digital wealth management, and tokenized asset ecosystems.

Architect and implement scalable AI-powered financial platforms with blockchain integration.

Lead remote multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and secure financial solutions.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

Identify and integrate emerging technologies such as DeFi, digital assets, and AI-based risk analytics.

Represent Saudi digital finance initiatives in international advisory panels, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience in fintech leadership, digital banking, or blockchain architecture.

Proven expertise in AI applications, blockchain solutions, and digital payment systems.

Deep knowledge of Saudi and GCC fintech regulations.

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and executive communication skills.
