- Oversee the design of advanced payment processing networks, digital wallet infrastructures, API gateways, and automated financial workflows.

- Introduce emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation into financial operations.
Digital Platform Engineering & Innovation
- Direct multidisciplinary teams of software architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data engineers, and fintech product professionals.
- Establish modern software engineering practices involving microservices architecture, DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous deployment environments.
- Ensure financial applications maintain exceptional levels of performance, availability, security, and scalability.
- Evaluate new technologies capable of creating competitive advantages within the digital financial marketplace.
- Drive innovation programs focused on next-generation financial products and digital service experiences.
Security, Governance & Technology Risk Management
- Create comprehensive frameworks for technology governance, cybersecurity resilience, and operational continuity.
- Oversee secure API ecosystems, encryption strategies, identity management systems, and transaction protection mechanisms.
- Build proactive financial fraud monitoring systems supported by artificial intelligence and behavioral analytics.
- Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to maintain robust technology governance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, large-scale technology architecture, or financial infrastructure development.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, payment technologies, distributed systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software design.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing technology teams and complex digital transformation initiatives.
