A pioneering fintech enterprise is seeking a dynamic Chief Fintech Growth Officer – Intelligent Wealth Management & Financial Product Strategy to lead the development of advanced digital investment platforms, intelligent financial advisory systems, and personalized wealth technologies for the next generation of investors.
The ideal executive will possess exceptional expertise in financial product innovation, market expansion, customer growth strategy, and technology-enabled investment ecosystems.
Strategic Duties
Digital Wealth Innovation
- Design sophisticated digital wealth platforms utilizing artificial intelligence, behavioural analytics, and automated investment technologies.
- Develop innovative financial products tailored to diverse customer segments, ranging from emerging investors to high-net-worth individuals.
- Introduce data-driven customer engagement strategies that improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term financial relationships.
Business Expansion & Market Leadership
- Establish comprehensive market-entry strategies across regional and international financial markets.
- Identify strategic partnerships within the broader digital finance ecosystem.
- Lead commercial growth initiatives involving product commercialization, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization.
Technology & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused financial platforms.
- Implement advanced analytics dashboards to measure customer behaviour, investment trends, and business performance.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with advanced postgraduate qualifications preferred in Finance, Economics, Financial Technology, Data Analytics, or Business Management.
- 10–15 years of experience in wealth technology, digital finance, investment platforms, or fintech strategy.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and international business development capabilities.
