Architect the Next Generation of Global Financial Ecosystems
An internationally respected financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Chief FinTech Ecosystem Architect to define the architectural blueprint for a unified digital finance ecosystem spanning intelligent payments, embedded finance, enterprise APIs, cloud-native banking platforms, and AI-powered financial services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive leader will shape long-term technology strategy, establish enterprise architecture governance, and oversee the integration of advanced financial technologies across multiple international markets.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture
- Design future-ready financial technology ecosystems capable of supporting large-scale digital banking operations.
- Define enterprise architecture principles and governance standards.
- Lead modernization of legacy financial platforms into cloud-native environments.
- Establish interoperability frameworks for banking, payment, and financial service integrations.
Innovation & Transformation
- Direct digital transformation initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and customer experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, distributed computing, intelligent automation, and financial data platforms.
- Champion innovation laboratories and enterprise research programs.
- Build scalable technology roadmaps supporting international expansion.
Executive Collaboration
- Advise executive leadership on strategic technology investments.
- Partner with regulators, financial institutions, and technology alliances.
- Present enterprise architecture strategy to board committees.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between commercial and technical objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Finance.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise architecture, fintech, or digital banking.
- Extensive experience delivering mission-critical financial technology transformations.
