Executive Overview
An ambitious next-generation financial technology institution is seeking a visionary Chief Fintech Data Science executive to architect and lead a world-class enterprise data science organization responsible for transforming financial intelligence into measurable competitive advantage. This strategic C-suite appointment will define how artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling influence every aspect of digital banking, payments, lending, customer engagement, operational resilience, and executive decision-making.
The successful executive will establish an enterprise-wide data science vision that integrates structured and unstructured financial data into intelligent business solutions, enabling real-time decision support, personalized banking experiences, dynamic risk modeling, and sustainable commercial growth.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role combines strategic innovation, technical excellence, and organizational leadership while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, AI engineers, quantitative analysts, MLOps specialists, data architects, and research professionals.
Executive Responsibilities

Define the organization’s enterprise data science strategy aligned with long-term fintech growth objectives.
