Role Mandate
This executive appointment focuses on defining the foundational fintech architecture underpinning digital asset platforms, tokenized financial products, and next-generation capital market infrastructure. The role is highly technical, strategic, and future-oriented, with accountability for long-term digital financial infrastructure design.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Lead the architecture of distributed ledger-based financial platforms, tokenized asset systems, and digital custody infrastructure.

Design secure, scalable frameworks for digital asset issuance, settlement, and lifecycle management.

Establish enterprise-grade governance for cryptographic key management, custody controls, and transaction validation.

Oversee integration between traditional financial systems and digital asset platforms.

Define platform standards for interoperability, scalability, and regulatory readiness.

Guide senior engineering teams responsible for fintech core systems and digital infrastructure.

Serve as the principal architectural authority for future fintech platform expansion.
Required Executive Profile

15+ years in financial systems architecture, fintech platform engineering, or digital asset infrastructure.

Deep expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and secure financial platform design.

Proven leadership in building complex, high-availability fintech infrastructures.

Strong regulatory literacy related to digital financial platforms and asset systems.

Executive-level strategic and technical decision-making capability.
Compensation Structure – Qatar

Base Annual Salary: QAR 850,000 – QAR 1,150,000

Executive Bonus: 30% – 45% of base
