Following substantial infrastructure investment and regional expansion planning, the organization is hiring a Chief Financial Technology Operations Officer – Digital Banking & Payment Ecosystems to oversee enterprise fintech operations, payment reliability, transaction scalability, and strategic modernization of mission-critical banking infrastructure.

Executive Leadership Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across digital banking and payment ecosystems

• Improve transaction scalability and settlement efficiency across enterprise infrastructure

• Coordinate modernization of financial processing environments

• Ensure operational continuity across high-volume financial systems

• Strengthen enterprise monitoring, escalation, and incident response frameworks

Payment & Banking Infrastructure Oversight

• Lead optimization of payment orchestration and routing systems

• Improve interoperability between banking platforms, APIs, and payment processors

• Support rollout of real-time financial connectivity capabilities

• Coordinate infrastructure resilience initiatives across regional operations

• Reduce transaction disruption risk across live production financial environments

Strategic Growth & Transformation

• Support expansion into new regional payment and banking ecosystems

• Coordinate fintech operational strategy with executive leadership

• Drive enterprise scalability planning for future transaction growth

• Work closely with treasury, compliance, cybersecurity, and engineering divisions

• Improve operational efficiency across enterprise financial environments

Executive Governance

• Present enterprise operational reporting to board-level stakeholders

• Ensure operational alignment with UAE financial governance requirements

• Support enterprise audit and infrastructure compliance initiatives

• Lead cross-functional fintech modernization teams

✔ 15+ years experience within:

• Banking technology infrastructure

• Payment ecosystems

• Digital banking modernization

• Financial operations leadership

• Real-time financial systems

✔ Advanced expertise involving:

• Payment orchestration infrastructure

• Banking APIs and integrations

• Enterprise transaction ecosystems
