• Report directly to the Board and Executive Committee.
• Oversee enterprise technology investments.

Executive Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking technology, enterprise software, or digital financial services.
• Proven experience managing multinational technology transformation.
• Outstanding strategic, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and governance expertise.
