Executive Opportunity
A multinational financial technology group is launching a next-generation financial intelligence division and is conducting a confidential global search for an accomplished Chief Financial Intelligence & AI Governance Officer.
This executive role is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide artificial intelligence governance, advanced financial intelligence capabilities, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-support frameworks that will influence strategic investment, operational excellence, customer intelligence, and regulatory resilience across multiple international markets.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will work directly with the Board of Directors to shape the future of intelligent finance through ethical AI adoption, enterprise automation, and digital innovation.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy
- Define long-term AI governance strategy.
- Establish enterprise financial intelligence frameworks.
- Lead digital innovation roadmaps.
- Drive intelligent decision-making capabilities.
- Develop enterprise operating models.
Innovation & Transformation
- Oversee AI-powered financial solutions.
- Lead predictive analytics initiatives.
- Build enterprise automation strategies.
- Guide investment in emerging technologies.
- Accelerate digital transformation programmes.
Executive Governance
- Chair enterprise AI governance committees.
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board.
- Strengthen enterprise operational resilience.
- Lead multidisciplinary executive teams.
Executive Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 18 years of executive leadership experience.
- Strong fintech, banking, or enterprise technology background.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation.
- Outstanding communication and strategic leadership capability.
