An internationally expanding fintech institution is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Data Science Officer to lead enterprise-wide financial intelligence, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision ecosystems.
This executive opportunity is designed for transformational leaders who can convert massive financial datasets into strategic business intelligence while shaping the next generation of intelligent financial products, automated lending platforms, fraud prediction engines, and customer financial insights.
Working alongside executive leadership, engineering, product, cybersecurity, compliance, and commercial divisions, you will build scalable data ecosystems that power innovation across regional and international financial markets.
Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Leadership
- Define the organization’s Financial Data Science strategy.
- Build enterprise AI and predictive analytics capabilities.
- Develop data governance frameworks supporting financial operations.
- Lead advanced financial modeling initiatives.
- Establish intelligent decision-support platforms.
Artificial Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop predictive revenue forecasting models.
- Design customer behavioral analytics frameworks.
- Build intelligent fraud prediction systems.
- Lead financial risk intelligence initiatives.
- Introduce machine learning into enterprise financial operations.
Business Strategy
- Present enterprise analytics to executive committees.
- Guide strategic investment decisions through data intelligence.
- Support regional expansion using predictive market analysis.
- Develop enterprise KPI frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Previous fintech, banking, financial technology, or enterprise AI experience.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale analytics teams.
