A globally connected fintech organization is embarking on a transformative expansion and is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial AI & Automation Officer (CFAAO) to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, intelligent automation initiatives, and next-generation financial technology innovation.

Reporting directly to the Board, the successful executive will drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across regional and international markets.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

- Define the enterprise AI strategy for financial operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across business units.
- Align automation programmes with long-term corporate objectives.

- Develop innovation roadmaps for executive approval.
Financial Technology Innovation
- Oversee AI-powered financial platforms.
- Implement intelligent process automation.
- Optimize digital customer experiences.
- Drive predictive analytics capabilities.
- Strengthen enterprise data governance.
Commercial Excellence
- Launch innovative AI-driven financial products.
- Develop strategic technology alliances.

Executive Governance
- Present strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors.
- Build and mentor executive leadership teams.

Executive Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership in fintech, banking, AI, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Proven record of leading large-scale innovation programmes.
- Strong commercial and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
