Strategic Mandate

This role is dedicated to designing and governing the operating systems that sit beneath modern fintech platforms. The Chief Executive Steward will define how transactional control layers, orchestration logic, and platform coordination mechanisms function together to create predictable, scalable, and governable financial systems.

The mandate is not product-centric. It is system-centric, focusing on the internal logic that enables fintech platforms to operate with discipline, consistency, and controllability at extreme scale.

Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

  • Architect and govern fintech operating system layers, including transaction orchestration, state control, and system coordination logic.

  • Define executive standards for platform determinism, operational predictability, and control boundaries.

  • Oversee integration of control layers across payments, digital finance platforms, and transaction-intensive systems.

  • Establish governance for platform behaviour under stress, degradation management, and recovery protocols.

  • Lead long-term evolution of fintech operating systems to support scale, extensibility, and resilience.

  • Act as final authority on platform control integrity and operational coherence.

Executive Profile

  • 18–24+ years in fintech platform engineering, financial systems architecture, or operating-system-level design.

  • Deep understanding of transaction orchestration, system control logic, and platform coordination.

  • Proven leadership of complex, multi-layered fintech architectures.

  • Strong executive judgment supported by deep technical fluency.

  • Experience governing systems where predictability and resilience are paramount.

Compensation Structure (United Arab Emirates)

  • Base Salary: AED 65,000 – 95,000 per month

  • Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary

  • Long-Term Incentive: Multi-year platform control and stability awards

  • Executive Benefits: Executive housing allowance, premium healthcare, education support, annual international travel allowance
