Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board, you will lead enterprise transformation initiatives that shape the organization’s long-term competitive advantage while overseeing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, strategy, operations, product innovation, and commercial growth.

Payment Innovation Strategy
- Define enterprise payment modernization strategies.
- Lead innovation across digital payment ecosystems.

Enterprise Leadership
- Oversee multidisciplinary executive teams.
- Align innovation with corporate strategy.
- Present enterprise initiatives to Board committees.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Commercial Growth
- Identify international expansion opportunities.
- Develop strategic payment partnerships.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Support enterprise investment priorities.
Technology Governance
- Guide enterprise technology decisions.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies.
- Improve operational resilience.
- Strengthen enterprise innovation governance.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Extensive knowledge of payment ecosystems and financial infrastructure.
- Exceptional commercial, strategic, and executive leadership capabilities.
