As a member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee the full digital lending lifecycle—from product strategy and platform innovation to operational excellence and commercial growth—ensuring scalable, secure, and seamless financial experiences for millions of customers.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide digital lending strategies.
- Lead modernization of end-to-end lending platforms.
- Oversee intelligent credit decisioning frameworks.
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth initiatives.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in fintech, lending, or digital banking.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and executive leadership capabilities.
