A globally recognized financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Chief Digital Identity & Trust Officer to establish and lead enterprise-wide digital identity, authentication, trust, and customer security strategies supporting next-generation banking, payments, embedded finance, and digital financial ecosystems.
This executive role will define the future of trusted financial interactions by integrating advanced authentication technologies, identity orchestration, behavioral intelligence, and AI-driven fraud prevention into a unified enterprise architecture serving millions of customers across international markets.
Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define the organization’s long-term digital identity and trust strategy.
- Establish enterprise authentication and customer trust frameworks.
- Lead identity modernization initiatives supporting global expansion.
- Present strategic security roadmaps to executive leadership and board committees.
Technology Innovation
- Oversee enterprise identity platforms and customer authentication services.
- Drive AI-assisted fraud prevention initiatives.
- Lead identity federation and secure API ecosystem strategies.
- Build resilient digital trust architectures for financial products.
Operational Excellence
- Develop governance frameworks for digital identity lifecycle management.
- Monitor enterprise trust metrics and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, product, and legal teams.
- Promote continuous innovation in customer security experiences.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive experience in fintech, cybersecurity, digital banking, or enterprise identity management.
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
