Role Overview
The Chief Digital Finance Transformation Officer will architect Saudi Arabia’s future-ready digital finance ecosystem, combining open banking frameworks, data interoperability, and intelligent financial automation aligned with Vision 2030. The role requires leadership in orchestrating high-impact digital infrastructures, fostering scalable innovation, and ensuring regulatory-grade governance within a rapidly evolving financial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of next-generation open finance frameworks supporting API-based data sharing and digital identity authentication.

Develop and manage digital banking transformation initiatives emphasizing cloud-native scalability, data integrity, and AI integration.

Drive collaboration between fintech innovators, regulatory bodies, and global technology enablers for secure cross-border financial operations.

Implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for dynamic credit modeling, behavioral segmentation, and customer personalization.

Govern compliance with ISO 20022, cybersecurity frameworks, and financial data protection regulations.
Candidate Profile

12+ years of leadership in fintech, digital transformation, or open banking infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian and GCC digital finance regulations and transformation frameworks.

Technical proficiency in API ecosystems, AI-driven analytics, and blockchain-assisted transaction networks.

Strategic mindset with proven ability to manage large-scale fintech integration programs.
Educational & Technical Requirements

MSc or PhD in Financial Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Strategy.
