Executive Mandate
This role represents a top-tier fintech leadership appointment responsible for the design, governance, and long-term evolution of mission-critical digital finance platforms that underpin modern financial ecosystems. The executive will operate at the architectural core of fintech innovation, overseeing cloud-native transaction engines, modular fintech cores, API orchestration layers, and real-time financial data infrastructures.
The mandate extends beyond operational leadership into systemic fintech capability building, ensuring that foundational platforms are future-proofed for scale, regulatory adaptability, and cross-border interoperability.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect and govern enterprise-grade fintech core platforms supporting payments, digital accounts, virtual wallets, and programmable financial services.

Define modular, API-first platform strategies enabling rapid fintech product innovation and third-party ecosystem integration.

Oversee platform resilience, redundancy, disaster recovery, and performance optimization across high-availability environments.

Lead large-scale fintech platform modernization initiatives, including legacy system decoupling and cloud migration.

Establish architectural standards for data integrity, transaction consistency, and platform security.

Coordinate fintech platform compliance readiness, operational controls, and regulatory reporting capabilities.

Serve as the principal authority on fintech infrastructure investment prioritization and technology roadmap design.
Executive Profile Requirements

16+ years of experience in fintech architecture, financial systems engineering, or digital finance platform leadership.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale fintech infrastructure programs.

Advanced understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and financial transaction processing.

Strong executive literacy in fintech governance, operational risk, and regulatory technology alignment.

Proven ability to lead senior engineering, architecture, and platform governance teams.
Compensation Structure – Kuwait

Base Annual Salary: KWD 230,000 – KWD 320,000

Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 50% of base salary
