Role Purpose
The Chief Digital Finance Architect is tasked with providing supreme-level strategic oversight and architectural leadership for the design and evolution of national-scale digital financial systems, payment rails, and fintech platforms. Operating fully remotely, this role focuses on long-term systemic integrity, interoperability, and scalability of financial technology infrastructure at the national level.
This is not an operational role. The focus is on defining architecture, governance principles, and strategic evolution pathways that ensure resilience, efficiency, and innovation in national digital finance.
Core Responsibilities

Define architecture principles for payment rails, clearing, settlement systems, and cross-platform interoperability

Establish frameworks for systemic resilience, scalability, and platform modularity

Advise on regulatory alignment, risk containment, and digital finance strategy

Produce executive-grade technical, strategic, and governance documents for decision-makers

Provide intellectual leadership in fintech adoption, market readiness, and national infrastructure integration

Guide platform harmonisation across domestic and cross-border fintech systems

Candidate Profile

20+ years in fintech architecture, digital payments, or financial infrastructure leadership

Experience designing or advising national-scale or sovereign-level financial platforms

Proven ability to operate independently at strategic executive level
