Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, financial markets, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of institutional finance, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and financial regulations.
- Proven record of leading large-scale transformation programmes.
